Microfluidic Flow Controller

The PC1 is an outstanding flow control system based on pressure control.

Outstanding microfluidic pressure controllerThe versatile and powerful PC1 provides high precision and responsiveness in flow regulation, capable for various applications requiring: pressure and/or vacuum, low or high flow rate, short or week-long experiments.

Precise output of pulseless flow when connecting to a flow sensorWhen combined with a standard liquid flow sensor (FS), you can directly and accurately control the flow into the target chip or container. The system maintains the desired and constant flow rate as well as calculates the flow rate continuously.

Customizability and upgradabilityThe PC1 can be configured as required. In one piece of equipment, it supports pressure and/or vacuum flow controller channels from 1 to 4 and regulation of pressure and/or vacuum down to -1 bar and up to 8 bar. Each microfluidic flow regulator is a separate and independent pressure channel.

Various reservoir sizesProvide reservoir sizes from 1.5 mL to 10 L. Laboratory bottles and tubes can be adapted. The PC1 is able to maintain continuous, pulseless flow for week-long without refilling.

Features

The PC1 is an outstanding flow control system based on pressure control. One can accurately control pressure to push and pull liquid, achieving high precision and responsiveness in flow regulation with a PC.

The PC1 can be configured as required. In one piece of equipment, it supports independent pressure and/or vacuum flow controller channels from 1 to 4 and regulation of pressure and/or vacuum down to -1 bar and up to 8 bar. Constant flow rate and pressure waveform can be reached in any way you want.
