Features

During the preparation of nanoparticles (such as LNPs and liposomes), a critical step is the rapid and uniform mixing of the organic phase and buffer within a microfluidic chip. COC-LNP-B1 chip

B1 is a standard micromixer featuring the classical staggered herringbone structure, ideal for applications such as LNP and liposome synthesis. B1 is made of pure COC, with breaking pressure more than 50 Bar (5 Mpa). It is reusable after proper cleaning.

This is an optional micromixer configuration composed of 316L stainless steel and glass. Featuring a replaceable glass mixing unit, it offers flexible and customizable mixing structures to suit various applications.
