FluidicLab Microfluidic Chip for LNP assembling [LNP-B1]

[LNP-B1] is compatible with the Smart LNP generator S2. It is suitable for LNP ssembly under medium volume (total synthesis volume of 0.4~40 mL) and medium flow rate (total flow rate of 0~40 mL/min).

Chip Introduction:

[LNP-B1] is compatible with the intelligent LNP assembler S1. It is suitable for LNP assembly under medium volume (total synthesis volume of 0.4~40 mL) and medium flow rate (total flow rate of 0~40 mL/min). This chip is equipped with a Luer connector.

[LNP-B1] is a classic staggered herringbone micromixer. In the mixing section, every 6 herringbone structures form a mixing module. There are 18 modules in the chip, comprising a total of 108 staggered herringbone mixing structures.

The chip is made of a single material called COC. Molding by hot injection, without any adhesive glue. The materials used comply with the “Good Manufacture Practice of Medical Products” (revised in 2010) and the Guidelines for the Selection of Materials for Pharmaceutical Machinery (Equipment) (20173602-T-469).

The chip has a pressure resistance of 50 Bar ( 5MPa ) , which can meet the demanding conditions required for LNP assembling. It has low risk of chip blockage or leakage and can be reused multiple times after simple cleaning without affecting its performance.
